Get off at JR Nishikokura Station and walk for about 10 minutes.

[Tenjin] Take the bus from the Tenjin Express Bus Terminal (Platform 2) → Get off at the Heiwa-dori bus stop and walk for about 10 minutes (Only the Itouzu bus gets off at the Nishikokura Ekimae bus stop)
[Hakata] Take the bus from Hakata Bus Terminal (platform 31) → Get off at Heiwa-dori bus stop and walk for about 10 minutes
[Kokura (City Line)] Take the bus from Kokura Station Bus Center → Get off at Kitakyushu City Hall Bus Stop
Take the bus from Kokura Station Entrance bus stop → Get off at Muromachi/River Walk bus stop
